Carnage

One week of training and working yields the following laundry:

7 sport bras
6 tanks
2 tanks with built in bra
4 pairs of cycle shorts
3 pairs of running shorts
2 pairs of other shorts
3 pairs of crops/capris
11 pairs of socks


Not to mention the stuff I wear to and from the gym which also gets sweaty and stinky.

  1. You're too clean! I will admit that I frequently re-wear stuff. not socks, but shirts will get two wears, and tights and bras might get three. I only have two running bras that fit right now and one 1 pair of tights I actually like, plus another that at least fit. I just hang stuff to dry on my bed frame (I would put in the blushing emoticon now if I could).

    In my defence, I mostly workout at home / alone, so no one else notices!

  2. I've been through the recycling stage too. Maybe I'm happy stuff fits?

    I'm so self conscious of any stink, hence all the wardrobe changes. The killer ones are where I have my own workout but then also teach or train someone.

    And during my 2h spin yesterday, my bra was completly wet when I was finished. That was a good workout to do at home.
