I successfully completed my second Ironman in August 2012 to eventually having to deal with the diagnosis of Rheumatoid Arthritis. I hope to complete another Ironman, but right now the goal is to complete a marathon and work my way to the elusive BQ.

It's been a good start to the week. Yesterday was a 45 minute spin which did feel a bit tiring and today was a 40 minute run.
I am noticing that I am getting stuck running the same pace for my runs. It is time to mix it up...
Are you running on the TM? I find it is so easy just to punch in a pace and go, so if you don't think about it, you're running the same pace all the time with zero variation. The upside of the TM, is that if you think about it intervals are easy to add.
Hooray for interval training! :)

ReplyDeleteJess, that's a good idea. I need to plan the run and follow rather than just go.
